Arundati (Tee) Ambrose is the Senior Director of Care Strategy and Innovation at
Florida Blue, where she leads efforts to improve care for members with significant
illnesses, including end-of-life care, caregiver support, and access to mental health
services. Focused on healthcare evolution, Tee is committed to improving outcomes for
those in need. She has a specific passion for early literacy and was honored to be
asked to join the board of READ USA. Tee fully believes in the organization’s innovative
peer-to-peer Literacy Tutoring model will make an impact on young readers and future
leaders.
Actively involved in the Jacksonville community, Tee continues to lead with a
commitment to both her profession and the future of her city. She sits on the board of
CareWell, GuideWell’s Caregiving Employee Resource Committee, as Vice Chair, and
is a graduate of the GuideWell Leadership Academy, Class of 2022. Tee is an active
board member of the Jacksonville Chamber’s Emerging Leaders Hightower Fellowship
and a graduate of Class VI. Tee was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2023 by
Healthcare Innovation Magazine and campaigned for funding for the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society as a 2020 Woman of the Year candidate.  
Tee holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and an MBA
from the University of North Florida. She prioritizes family time with her husband and
two young children, long walks with her dog, and quiet evenings (whenever possible!)
curled up with a good book.
